Kickstart those engines! On October 7, Sheriff Mike Neal is calling all motorcycle riders to “saddle up” and enjoy the 2017 Rhea County Angel Tree Toy Drive Motorcycle Run.
The riders will carve their way through some of the most beautiful mountains and valleys in East Tennessee. The carefully planned 104 mile ride begins at Eagle Exxon where riders will sign in at 9:30 AM with the first bike out at 11:00 AM.
The final destination will be a the Rhea County Courthouse where riders will enjoy great food and live music.
“This is one of my favorite events of the year,” said RCSD Lieutenant Melba Huffman. “We always have a great time.”
The event is an integral part of Sheriff Mike Neal’s fundraising efforts for the “Angel Tree Toy Drive”, the county’s premiere toy drive to help underprivileged children of Rhea County have a good Christmas.
Last year the drive secured gifts for over a thousand kids, for most, a new bicycle.
Entry Fee: $25 for One Rider, $30 for Two
